The Rapid Kembara physical-card FAQ describes purchase through a customer service counter using a Touch ’n Go NFC card. It also specifies a minimum RM5 stored balance. Keeping money on the card is therefore separate from buying the pass.
Ask the counter to confirm the pass product, validity and activation before your first ride. A receipt for a balance reload alone does not prove that a travel pass has been added. If buying a digital version, follow that channel’s own instructions rather than applying the physical-card steps.
