How these guides are prepared
Our guides are prepared with AI assistance and reviewed against the sources linked in the text. We use official transport operators, attraction pages and tourism organisations for operational details where available. Istanbul Tourist Information is also a reference for selected Istanbul planning topics. These guides do not claim that every place, hotel or ticket has been personally tested.
Suggested routes, neighbourhood choices and time allowances are editorial planning recommendations. They are distinguished from published opening times, fares and admission rules. We do not present invented visitor counts, personal reviews or guaranteed savings.
Dates, fares and corrections
The update date describes the latest substantive revision to a guide. A separate date beside a fare or schedule tells you when that information was checked; a newer article date does not mean every quoted price has been refreshed. Follow the linked operator page for travel-date changes, closures and holiday exceptions.
If a detail looks out of date, use its source link to check the current rule before booking. We update the affected guide when reviewing a change, rather than silently treating an old price as a live quote.
