Where to buy Macau Pass and reload it
Checked on 12 October 2026: the standard card costs MOP130, including MOP100 credit and a MOP30 nonrefundable card fee. Buy it at 7-Eleven, Circle K, approved outlets, machines or Macau Pass service centres. The heritage-design card at service centres and machines costs MOP80, including MOP50 credit and the same MOP30 fee.
Bring cash for shop top-ups: generally at least MOP50, in MOP50 multiples, subject to the retailer’s limits. Credit is available immediately. Do not rely on paying a shop top-up with a bank card or mobile wallet.

For a bus, check the destination, board at the designated entrance and pay as instructed. Have exact money available if using cash. Keep a rail ticket or stored-value medium until leaving the LRT paid area.
Cash, Macau Pass or an existing ride code?
