Olbia card centre has closed
Antalyakart’s announcement dated 12 October 2026 says the Olbia card centre stopped operating on 9 October. Do not make a special trip there. Use the operator’s current card-centre and machine directories to choose a purchase or top-up point along your route.
Bring cash to a top-up retailer
The official FAQ, checked on 12 October 2026, says retailers accept cash for Antalyakart top-ups. This differs from online or app loading by bank card. An online payment becomes card balance when the physical card is read at a validator or turnstile; retain the receipt until that step succeeds.
Is Antalyakart the Antalya bus and tram card?
Yes. Antalyakart is Antalya’s public transport payment card, often searched for as “Antalya card” or “Antalya bus card”. For a typical visitor, the anonymous full-fare Tam card is the option to ask for. It is a stored-value transport card, not a museum or sightseeing pass.
Where can tourists buy an Antalyakart?
For an ordinary visit, look for the anonymous full-fare “Tam” card. It is sold through card centres, authorised outlets and machines that sell cards. Its TRY 100 purchase cost is separate from the balance you load. A personalised card is a different product.
Can I buy an Antalyakart at Antalya Airport?
The operator lists sales machine 500 opposite the Domestic Terminal bus stop. Check the exact location in its machine directory; this is not a promise that every terminal has a machine beside arrivals.

How to top up Antalyakart online
Open the official Antalyakart app or the website’s online-services menu. In Kart İşlemleri, choose Bakiye İşlemleri and enter your transport-card number. Select Online Yükleme Yap, check the number again and choose the amount.
Complete the bank verification and retain the successful payment confirmation. The operator says online credit reaches the card when it is next read on a bus or at a tram validator. A payment receipt alone is not the same as credit already applied to the physical card.

Check the receipt’s card number and whether the payment succeeded. Present the card at the reader as instructed before paying a second time. If the amount still does not appear, contact Antalyakart with the transaction reference; do not post your card or banking details in a public comment.

Open the official portal and select Kart İşlemleri. Enter the number printed on your card and select Sorgula. The card information shows balance and recent usage. These Turkish labels help you recognise the operator’s interface.

Recognise the vehicle, then check its destination
The tram photo helps you recognise Antalya’s modern system. Use the destination display and the current route planner to confirm the airport branch and your stop; a familiar-looking tram is not enough.

A second boarding is not automatically a free transfer. The operator applies time limits and route exclusions. Rules checked on 21 September 2026:
- For eligible journeys, one free transfer applies between 5 minutes and 1 hour after boarding. Between different tram lines, the window is 5 minutes to 2 hours.
- Bank-card payments and disposable tickets do not include transfers. Same-line journeys and some routes are also excluded; check the operator’s full list before budgeting a connection.
- Do not assume that repeatedly tapping for another traveller preserves a transfer discount. If your group needs connections, check the card-use rules before boarding.
